What are you going to do?

• Develop AI solutions and automations that help teams to produce better technical content, ensuring solution performance and user adoption;
• Build AI mechanisms that enable an AI-first experience for our users;
• Develop integrations with external systems according to the defined architecture guidelines;
• Infuse the content development process with AI capabilities that help accelerate content creation;
• Implement GitHub Actions safeguards using AI to validate and improve content creation and quality;
• Produce and test code quickly, with a high degree of autonomy;
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and adapt existing solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years experience in development of AI solutions using Python;
• Experience with Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP);
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, databases, and programming languages;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python;
• Troubleshooting skills and analytic thinking;
• Good communication in English, spoken and written.
