AI Integration Lead – Workday HCM

A global organisation is seeking an AI Integration Lead to support its Workday HCM transformation. This role will drive the design and delivery of AI features across key streams including data, integration, testing, and leadership alignment.
You’ll act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure AI is embedded effectively in HR processes, with a focus on workforce planning, talent management, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:

• Advise leadership on the role of AI within the Workday rollout
• Collaborate with PMO, data, and integration teams to design and implement AI-driven features
• Ensure AI solutions align with business goals, data quality requirements, and ethical standards
• Support testing and validation of predictive models and automation tools

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
• Good understanding of HR systems, ideally Workday
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Awareness of ethical AI principles and data governance in HR contexts

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with high visibility across a global transformation. Fully remote with a mid-September start.
