Data Scientist

Sibling is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a 12-month onsite freelance assignment in Stockholm. You’ll join a team responsible for delivering price path recommendations for online sales periods, working hands-on with ML systems to optimize pricing strategies across the product lifecycle.

In this role, you will develop and maintain ML systems that align with stakeholder needs, collaborate with ML and Data Engineers to ensure smooth operations, and proactively address challenges. You’ll monitor and optimize system performance during sales events to maximize business impact.

We’re looking for a seasoned Data Scientist with strong programming skills and expertise in machine learning, forecasting, and mathematical optimization. You should have solid business acumen, experience in cross-functional product teams, and the ability to tackle loosely defined problems and drive improvements from idea to implementation.

Fluency in Swedish is required.
