Business Analyst (Junior/Mid)

We are looking for an addition to our Baltic Amadeus Business Analysts forces and work in our Vilnius or Kaunas offices, with the possibility to work remotely. As a Business Analyst, you will work with public sector projects, and you will be here to ensure our customers get what they need and enjoy the journey with the Baltic Amadeus from the start of the project till the end. Working on projects, you will be part of the project team that consists of experienced Project Managers, Developers, Technical Leads and QAs.

What You Will Do

• Work with the client to understand the needs and ensure requirements for the project are clear.
• Work closely with the project team to find the best possible solutions.
• Specify and visualize requirements and business processes.
• Ensure client’s needs are clearly communicated to the team and the product meets the requirements.
• Manage clients’ expectations on the project outcome.
• Supporting Project Manager in order to manage project scope.
• Help business to introduce the change in their organization.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience of business analysis in software/information systems development.
• Good knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Proactiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English language.
• Certification in business analysis would be considered as an advantage.
