Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front-end Developer (Angular) who is ready to join an international team. This person will accompany global clients in their digital transformation.



Requirements

1. Education & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  
  

2. Technical Skills

• Languages & Frameworks: Angular 13, TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS, Node.js.
• State Management & Architecture: RxJS, NgRx Store, RWD, Figma-based design implementation.
• Testing & Quality: Jest, ESLint, SonarQube, Husky, Storybook.
• Tooling: Git, GitHub, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Jira, Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of modular, maintainable UI development.
• Unit testing coverage of 85%+ expected.
• GitHub Copilot access is provided and actively used.
  
  

3. Soft Skills & Analytical Thinking

• Ability to understand visual requirements from Figma and translate them into clean code.
• Open to collaborating with analysts and stakeholders when needed (typically handled by other roles).
• Able to research UI/UX challenges independently and document findings.
  
  

4. Communication & Workstyle

• Fluent English and Polish (all communication and meetings).
• Experience demoing completed features (Sprint Review).
• Comfortable working in distributed teams (Europe, Canada).
• Preferred working window: 15:00–19:00 CET, with flexibility.
  
  

5. Other

• Strong sense of code ownership and visual polish.
• Works well under deadline pressure (especially early in the project).
• Organized, with a high attention to detail.
  
  

Your future role

• Build and enhance UI features using Angular 13 and TypeScript
• Develop responsive web components based on Figma designs
• Leverage SCSS, Jest, ESLint, Husky, and Storybook to ensure high-quality output
• Integrate UI components with backend APIs and services
• Follow CI/CD and quality workflows (GitHub Actions, SonarQube)
• Collaborate with other developers in GitHub (PRs, reviews, discussions)
• Join daily stand-ups and sprint meetings, contribute to team velocity and quality standards
• Use GitHub Copilot to streamline repetitive tasks.
