Role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple data-centric projects at a banking institution. This includes managing dependencies and ensuring smooth workflows between four key projects: DACO (Data Loading), DAFA (Data Factory for Data Product Creation), SCCORE (Statistical Data Product Creation), and DADI (Data Distribution). The Project Manager will collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align projects with goals, manage risks, and maintain delivery standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with an emphasis on fostering collaboration and resolving issues across projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, particularly in IT or data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the specifics of managing IT projects.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level) for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
• Leadership, integrity, and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders and drive project success.
• Experience managing project dependencies and flow between multiple related projects
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly challenge and guide project teams.

• Experience with financial or government sectors, particularly within Lithuanian banking or public sector projects.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) to validate knowledge of best practices in project management.
