I’m currently seeking a talented .NET Developer to join a leading global tech firm based in Dubai.

This role requires someone who not only understands complex business needs but can also design innovative, scalable solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level, multi-tier, and secure applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Software Architecture Specifications and Detailed Design Documents.
• Conduct impact and risk analyses for changes, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Integrate applications using adapters, connectors, APIs, and established architectural patterns.
• Oversee and participate in code reviews, technical proposals, and bid activities.
• Ensure best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Support and monitor live systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in defining team training needs.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, VB, ADO.NET, with .NET Core as a plus.
• Full-stack expertise across UI, business logic, and database development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2014+) and database design; Oracle experience a plus.
• Proficiency in XML, XSD, JSON, and modern API implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments, IIS, and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
• Solid understanding of OO design, UML, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Knowledge of containers, secure software lifecycle, and DevOps methodologies is advantageous.
