In this role you will:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to determine credit risk and make informed decisions using internal data;
  • Prepare credit reports and risk assessments for Risk team;
  • Preparing, updating credit related policies and procedures together with Head of Credit Risk;
  • Assess the impact of credit ratings and other risk metrics and perform scoring validity, provide insights for improvements;
  • Ownership in credit risk control in the credit analysis, monitoring and risk assessment process;
  • Credit risk assessment of potential and current customers, counterparties;
  • Quality assurance of the credit risk management process.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Banking, Econometrics or similar;
  • Prior work experience (at least 2 years) in credit risk analysis, business analysis or financial control or related field, preferably in banking sector;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on attention to detail;
  • Ability to deliver actionable insights based on data that directly impact business strategy;
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) are essential;
  • Understanding of financial analysis, financing ratios, collateral structures and other stages of loan granting process;
  • Knowledge of EBA guidelines, credit risk assessment rules, grouping of connected clients and provisioning of doubtful assets would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the EU and the Republic of Lithuania, that are regulating the activities of financial and credit institutions would be an advantage;
  • Proficiency of written and spoken English.

Gross salary:

From 3500 EUR/month.
