Role: Junior Front-End Developer

You're passionate about creating amazing workplace experiences! A developer at heart, you are able to code highly usable interfaces, and you also have immense respect for the end-user experience. If you do not know the answer to a problem, you're tenacious in finding a solution that works for everyone. So, we’d like to meet you!

Your main focus as a front-end developer at Habanero will be working alongside our interaction designers, digital workplace consultants and solution architects, to deliver an exceptional UI and UX experience for our client’s web properties. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to solution design and development on our GO Intranet product team.

• Understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web design
• Have experience with JavaScript UI libraries (we use React)
• Have experience with source control management systems and continuous integration (we use Git with Azure DevOps and GitHub)
• Are an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Thrive in high-performing and non-hierarchical workplaces

• An appropriate remote work setup, such as a quiet space and a trusted and reliable internet connection
• A stable and reliable Internet connection to perform your remote work effectively. It is essential to have a broadband connection capable of supporting high-quality video conferencing and other business-critical activities.

• Bring professional experience in SharePoint development
• Experience with information architecture, experience design, or measurement and analytics
• Experience with automated browser and unit testing
