Project Manager

One of our clients is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives through the end of the year. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects with significant change management components, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and driving successful outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate technical aspects of projects, and hands-on project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Apply structured change management methodologies (PROSCI certification preferred) to ensure successful adoption and business readiness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and manage the technical components of assigned projects.
• Produce and present clear, concise project documentation and status reports to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, including managing complex projects with change management elements.
• PROSCI Change Management certification strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working on projects with technical components, collaborating effectively with IT and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.

Contract Details:

• Contract until December 31, 2025 with a strong potential for extension.
• Occasional travel to office in Toronto.
