Business Intelligence / Data Analyst

We’re looking for a BI / Data Analyst to own our internal business intelligence reporting stack, drive cross-functional insights, and embed analytics directly into our product for customers. Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the BI reporting stack from data ingestion to visualization
• Define the BI playbook and self-serve insights strategy
• Build scalable Tableau dashboards for teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Embed analytics into the product to deliver actionable insights to customers
• Partner with leadership to translate analytics into execution plans
• Centralize organizational data into a unified analytics framework
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in business and product data
• Prioritize BI needs and adapt to evolving data requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years as a BI or Data Analyst in a SaaS company
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau preferred)
• Strong grasp of data warehousing and ETL processes (e.g., Airflow)
• Skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling abilities
• Experience delivering scalable, self-serve BI solutions
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Bonus: Experience with creator platforms, influencer marketing, BigQuery, predictive modeling, or product analytics
