Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in web and portal application development to lead high-impact digital projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sitecore CMS, Azure cloud services, and modern front-end technologies, along with strong skills in API development and technical solution design. This role requires both hands-on development skills and leadership in guiding development teams and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using Sitecore CMS and Azure services.
• Development Leadership: Oversee and contribute to the development of portal and web applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrations, and backend services for content-driven and transactional applications.
• Front-End Development: Guide and review the implementation of responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Content Management: Manage Sitecore CMS configurations, templates, workflows, and personalization features.
• Cloud Enablement: Architect and deploy solutions leveraging Azure services (App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.).
• Technical Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, provide estimations, and plan deliverables.
• Mentoring & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews, training sessions, and performance guidance.
• Quality & Performance: Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX teams, QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in web application development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Core Expertise:
• Sitecore CMS development, customization, and administration
• Microsoft Azure cloud services and deployment
• API development (REST, GraphQL preferred)
• Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue
• Additional Skills:
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, MVC frameworks
• Strong knowledge of content management workflows and personalization strategies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with security best practices for web applications
