You Role: -

• You will be responsible to support the effective implementation of employee relations processes by managing case documentation, conducting fact-finding steps, and ensuring all matters are handled in line with Qatar Airways Group policies and applicable labor law. Also, responsible to safeguard procedural fairness, confidentiality, and compliance in a highly regulated environment. In addition, this role will support in the development and implementation of employee relations initiatives to improve engagement and wellbeing for employees.
• You will process employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and attendance issues in accordance with Qatar Airways Group HR policies and Qatari labor law.
• You will draft accurate and compliant documents including meeting minutes, investigation summaries, warning letters, and case closure forms.
• You will also prepare reports and documentation of employee notices and corrective action for the ER Manager review and finalizing. Communicate with the HR Separations/HR Business Support to inform on the receipt of appeals and the outcome of the appeals.
• You will track and update all assigned cases in the internal system, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and readiness for internal or external audit. Maintain well-organized and secure physical and electronic case files, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and HR compliance standards.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, including exposure to disciplinary, grievance, or other employee relations processes
• Experience working within a structured, policy-governed environment
