What You’ll Do (and Love)

• Lead a powerhouse team of 6-8 DevOps engineers - guiding, growing & helping them deliver best-in-class infrastructure solutions.
• Architect the future - designing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructures that make customers wonder how they ever lived without them.
• Own the delivery game - ensuring projects hit deadlines with superb quality.
• Be the bridge between engineers and customers - turning tech talk into business value.
• Get hands-on with complex builds, automation flows, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Be a tech wizard - use your DevOps spellbook: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI - to keep our systems running like magic.
• Review, coach, repeat - uplift your team with best practices, code reviews, and continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of the curve - bring the newest DevOps trends into play before they become mainstream.
