Junior Designer - Web & Graphic

We’re looking for a Junior Web/Graphic Designer to join Vantage and work closely with our Lead Designer and marketing team. This is a chance to build real, practical design skills in a supportive environment, with direct coaching and mentorship from an experienced designer.

You’ll work on a mix of web and graphic projects – from designing engaging, well-structured websites and landing pages, to creating social media content, marketing materials, and print designs. The goal is to give you space to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and grow into a confident, versatile designer. If you have a small portfolio, a good eye for detail, and the drive to get better every week, this could be a great fit.

• Designing thoughtful, visually compelling websites and landing pages in Figma.
• Creating social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
• Producing marketing and brand assets – from flyers and business cards to banners and event materials.
• Creating presentation and sales materials.
• Working within brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
• Adapting designs for responsive layouts and mobile devices.
• Collaborating with the Lead Designer and marketing team to develop concepts and refine your work through feedback.

Hard skills

• Basic proficiency in Figma.
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of composition, typography, and color.
• Understanding of responsive/adaptive design principles.
• Experience creating:
• Websites and landing pages
• Social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Print materials (flyers, business cards, banners, etc.)

Soft skills

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to accept and act on feedback.
• Initiative – proposing your own ideas, not just waiting for tasks.
• Basic self-organisation (working with tasks and deadlines).
• English language at A2–B1 level.

You don’t need commercial experience, but you do need a small portfolio showing:

• At least one web design (site or landing page).
• At least one piece of graphic work (poster, post, banner, or presentation).
• A short note on the task and how you approached it is a bonus.

At Vantage, you’ll be part of a small, focused team building software for the global signage and print industry. You’ll work side-by-side with our Lead Designer, gain direct mentorship, and get to see your designs in the real world.
