Company Description
Denali Health is an Integrated Research Organization (IRO) committed to accelerating the development of therapies from research to market. We adhere to principles of integrity, quality, and innovation in all our endeavors. Our mission is to drive forward advancements in health care by bridging the gap between laboratory findings and practical applications.
The Role
You’ll own our marketing website end‑to‑end: design new pages, implement them in Next.js, keep the site fast and accessible, and run a steady cadence of A/B tests that lift qualified leads. You’ll be the day‑to‑day point person for experiments, tracking, and quality.
What You'll Do
Design & build
- Turn briefs and wireframes into thoughtful UI/UX in Figma, then ship high‑quality pages in Next.js (App Router) + TypeScript + Tailwind.
- Maintain a small component library (shadcn/ui or equivalent) and shared design tokens.
- Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and strong Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP) across templates.
Lead experimentation
- Own the A/B pipeline: hypothesis → sample sizing/MDE → edge/server‑side allocation → QA → analysis → rollout.
- Use GrowthBook/PostHog/Optimizely (or similar). Prefer server‑side/edge assignment and server‑logged exposure/conversion events.
Tracking & measurement
- Maintain a clean tracking plan and consent logic (Cookiebot/OneTrust or similar).
- Implement ad landing page tracking correctly: UTMs, gclid/fbclid preservation, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Events API, and dedupe rules (client vs server).
Site care & reliability
- Manage CMS content (Sanity/Contentful), redirects, schema.org, sitemaps, and on‑page SEO.
- Keep dependencies patched, watch error logs, and own a simple release/rollback process (Vercel + GitHub Actions).
What Success Looks Like
- A refreshed home hero and a couple of high‑intent pages live in Next.js, matching the Figma design.
- Tracking plan in place; consent gating wired; Enhanced Conversions + Meta CAPI verified.
- Two A/B tests launched and analyzed, with one shipped win and a clear backlog.
- Core Web Vitals in the “good” range on primary templates.
What You'll Bring
Must‑haves
- 4+ years building marketing websites with Next.js/React and TypeScript; you’ve shipped production pages that perform.
- A portfolio that pairs Figma designs with the shipped site/code for the same work.
- Hands‑on A/B testing experience
- Strong accessibility practice (keyboard flows, landmarks, ARIA) and measurable performance improvements (Lighthouse/CWV receipts).
- Ad tracking expertise: UTMs, gclid/fbclid across redirects, Enhanced Conversions, Meta CAPI, dedupe rules, consent gating; no PHI in events.
Nice to have
- Sanity or Contentful CMS, shadcn/ui/Radix, Playwright/Jest, GA4/Plausible/Matomo, HubSpot/Salesforce forms.
- Healthcare/regulated industry familiarity (HIPAA awareness, BAAs with vendors).
Interview Process
- Initial Interview + Portfolio walk‑through (show paired Figma + shipped pages).
- Practical exercise (paid, 3–4 hrs): build a hero + nav in Next.js from a provided Figma, add one small A/B test (server‑assigned), basic events, and a Lighthouse report.
- Offer Letter
Email the following to [email protected]
- Figma files and the live sites you have shipped
- 1–2 A/B test write‑ups (your hypothesis, allocation approach, and outcome), and
