Project and Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project and Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, planning, team coordination, and stakeholder communication. You will be the primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring processes run smoothly, projects are delivered on time, and quality standards are met.

📍 Location: This position is based in our Kyiv office at Gulliver Business Center (BC Gulliver) with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient project/operations execution
• Allocate workload across teams and monitor deadlines
• Track progress, SLAs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Resolve operational issues and remove bottlenecks
• Prepare and deliver reports for management and clients
• Coordinate closely with the Project Success Manager to align goals and timelines
• Implement processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Organize training sessions and foster team development
• Onboard new business partners and ensure smooth integration
• Support positive client experiences and build long-term relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Salesforce)
• Willingness to work from the Kyiv office (BC Gulliver) in a hybrid format
