Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support our recruitment efforts across technical and operational roles within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be skilled in identifying and engaging mid-to-senior level talent in areas such as engineering, project management, field operations, and renewable energy.

Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, industry job boards, professional networks, and targeted search strategies.
• Pre-screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical energy sector roles (e.g., electrical engineers, commissioning specialists, project managers).
• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate flow and recruitment data.
• Support workforce planning, market mapping, and competitor talent analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and industry-specific hiring standards.
• Assist in organizing career fairs, virtual hiring events, and university outreach programs focused on energy and engineering talent.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, or engineering sector.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with technical job profiles common in the energy industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse).
