🚀 Lead Software Engineer needed - Fullstack Javascript/Node.JS - Based in Birmingham (2 days onsite per week) - Paying up to £80,000 depending on experience) 🚀

A global consultancy specializing in Enterprise clients is urgently seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team near the Birmingham office. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring a regular on-site presence (2 days onsite).

Key Skills Required:

- 4+ years of experience with Typescript/Javascript & Node.js

- Proficiency in Javascript libraries like React or NextJS

- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and team members

- Deep understanding of web development fundamentals and performance optimization

- Minimum 2 years of team experience, including team management or leadership roles

- Capable of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and enhancing software

- Proficient in managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

- Familiarity with cloud computing, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD

- Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest or Vitest
