Back End (Node) Developer

🛠️ Contract Back-End Developer – Node.js & API Development 🛠️ 4-Month Contract | Outside IR35 Hybrid – 1 Day/Week in London Start: ASAP |

Rate: £400 per day

Areti is working with a fast-moving tech-driven company seeking an experienced Back-End Developer for a 4-month contract, outside IR35.

You’ll be focused on Node.js and API development, contributing to a high-impact project that demands clean, scalable code and strong architectural thinking. This is a great opportunity for a contractor who thrives in agile environments and enjoys solving real-world problems with elegant backend solutions.

🔧 Key Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with Node.js
• Proven track record in RESTful API development
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable working in agile teams
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript or GraphQL

This role requires 1 day per week onsite in London, with the rest remote. Interviews are happening this week, and the client is ready to move quickly for the right candidate.
