By combining scalability, efficiency, security, and a developer-friendly environment, the organization plays a crucial role in addressing Ethereums scalability challenges.

The company is seeking a UX/UI Design Lead to take full ownership of the end-to-end product and visual design processes for next-generation web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end design projects that deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences for blockchain and Web3 applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-cantered interfaces.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and professional development support.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional product design experience, including web and mobile platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience leading product and visual design teams.
• Strong understanding of modern design tools - Figma, Framer, or equivalent.
• Familiar with blockchain and web 3 products
