About The Role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work with our Engineering Practice to design, build, and enhance applications and APIs. You’ll play a key role in improving our systems, tools, and engineering practices, ensuring we deliver reliable and secure solutions.

What You'll Do

• Analyse requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
• Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications and REST APIs
• Champion quality, standardisation, and best practices across development and delivery
• Write and execute unit, integration, and system tests to maintain high quality
• Collaborate with engineers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of REST API development
• React experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with any of the following tools and frameworks is an advantage:
• Frameworks: Java, Kotlin, Spring
• Cloud: AWS, Azure
• Containers & orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Helm
• Testing: WireMock, Stubby, REST Assured, Pact JV, Jest, Enzyme
• DevOps practices and tooling
