💰 Rate: $70.10 + Super
🗓 Duration: 12 Months
 
We’re working with a large QLD Government department, seeking a Technical Specialist. You’ll take charge of installations, configurations, maintenance, and administration. Making tech headaches disappear and boosting productivity across the department.
 
⚡ What you’ll do:

• System administration, maintenance, and support for critical ICT systems
• Proactively monitor services & troubleshoot
• Plan & implement maintenance/installation works
• Deliver reports & document processes 
• Provide advanced skills in the areas of operational responses to emerging needs, fault diagnosis and failures, and proactively initiate remedial action

 
🔍  Demonstrated experience in:

• Microsoft Intune - configuration, deployment, and ongoing management
• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint administration - including creation, configuration, and lifecycle management of Teams
• Device management - administration and support of Windows 11, iOS, and macOS operating systems
