HRA/HR Coordinator – Casual Ongoing Role (Onsite, Moorebank NSW)

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading logistics company based in Moorebank, NSW, to recruit an experienced HRA/HR Coordinator on an ongoing casual contract basis.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic team supporting HR administration and coordination. The role is onsite at Moorebank and offers stable, ongoing casual hours.

Key Details:

• Location: Moorebank, NSW
• Employment Type: Casual ongoing contract
• Hours: Monday to Friday, initially 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (40 hours/week), with a plan to reduce to 38 hours/week over time
• Training: Initial onboarding may require an earlier start time for 2-3 weeks
• Pay Rate: Paid at Clerks Award Level 1 Year 1 casual rate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR administration including maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data
• Respond to general HR enquiries from employees and management
• Assist with compliance and reporting requirements related to workplace policies and procedures
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in HR administration or coordination roles
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Basic knowledge of HR systems and payroll processes is an advantage
