Your New Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a strategic data capability uplift initiative. You’ll manage multiple complex workstreams, ensuring alignment with the broader transformation roadmap. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and structured execution across business, data, and technology domains. You’ll be responsible for governance, planning, reporting, and risk management, while supporting senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data capability projects
• Represent the project stream in governance forums and executive reporting
• Manage scope, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee risk, issue, and change management across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, data, technology, and security
• Champion Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and support decision-making
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, risk, and compliance frameworks

What You Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience in project delivery across business, data, and technology domains
• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, risk frameworks, and data management tools
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timeframes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in change management, training needs analysis, and skills uplift programs
• Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM)
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
