Job Title: Digital Designer (UX/UI & Graphic & Email Design)

Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer/Graphic Designer to join our team, creating user-centric visual designs for UX/UI, HubSpot email campaigns, and Shopify e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, a passion for enhancing user experiences, and the ability to align designs with business goals.

A must requirement: proficient in using Figma to design.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UX/UI for websites, landing pages, and digital tools integrated with HubSpot, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Design email templates for email marketing and sales campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing Shopify store assets, like banners, product pages, and themes, to drive e-commerce performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and RevOps teams to ensure brand consistency across omnichannel platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate designs based on performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated on digital design trends and platform-specific design requirements (HubSpot, Shopify).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital design/graphic design, with a focus on UX/UI, email marketing, graphic, and landing page design.
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing responsive email templates in HubSpot, with knowledge of email client compatibility (a plus).
• Create Shopify store visuals, such as banners, product pages, or themes.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
