UX/UI Designer

Join a creative, user-focused team shaping digital experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll transform ideas and requirements into seamless, intuitive interfaces that delight users and deliver measurable business value. Working end-to-end through the design lifecycle, you’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to create solutions that are functional, accessible, and visually compelling.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and present UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and design systems.
• Translate insights from research, analytics, and user feedback into actionable design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and on-brand.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Stay ahead of trends in UX, accessibility, UI patterns, AI-assisted design, and emerging technologies.
  

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years professional experience in UX/UI or Interaction Design.
• Strong skills in at least two of the following: User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design.
• Proven ability to design for multi-platform experiences (web, mobile, desktop).
• Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design thinking, and user-centered results.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with modern design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, FigJam; experience with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie or Framer.
• Awareness of AI-powered design tools (e.g., Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI Assist, Midjourney) and how to use them in the creative process.
• Fluency in Dutch OR French, and English
