Let's start with the role:

In 2021, we set out to expand our team, doubling its size successfully. Now, we’re focusing on refining our skills and establishing Kaizen as a "Mobile First" company. Our mobile team includes over 40 Engineers, with 20 Android Engineers, supported by Software Engineers in Test to ensure quality. Our Engineers either contribute to our Mobile Infrastructure team or work directly in cross-functional feature squads.

Our mobile applications are used by millions worldwide. We use Swift/Kotlin to create a high-quality codebase and are focused on enhancing our technical practices. We're committed to advancing our testing coverage across all levels of our codebase.

Tech Stack: Kotlin, Dagger2 and Hilt, JUnit, Kotlin Flows and Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, in-house navigation library, ViewBinding, Detekt, Custom MVC, MVP, MVVM and MVI, Bitrise for CI/CD, Firebase, Mockk and Kotest for unit testing

Supportive Stack/Processes: Scrum/Kanban, Jira / Confluence, Firebase / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, Pair programming, Unit testing, UI Tests

What you’ll bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in Android technologies (Kotlin programming skills)
• Passion to level up our apps
• Experience/knowledge of iOS (beneficial)
