Your opportunity

As a Solution Design Owner, Online Presence & Product Development, you will own the global solution design and architecture as part of our Commercial Excellence and Corporate Performance team.

Reporting to the Senior Solution Manager, Customer Excellence , you will drive and support solution implementation in both projects and in continuous improvement based on the business priorities and transformation roadmap. You will partner directly with the Global Process Owners, facilitating the solution design work, including architecture for Digital Experience and PIM applications.

Where you’ll be

You will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own technical solution design originating from commercial processes ensuring alignment with business needs, strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Lead multi-vendor ecosystem ensuring clarity of E2E and fit to need solution designs.
• Provide guidance and support for solution implementation, ensuring successful deployment.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools and monitoring existing product roadmaps and quarterly upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of solution designs and conduct testing to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Establish and enforce IT best practices for development, deployment, and documentation to ensure secure and efficient workflows.
• Accountable for ITIL practices within domain area.
• Support with major and complex incident and service requests, secure successful maintenance service.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in solution design, best practices, and functionality of websites and related systems
• Strong background in application development, integration, and implementing enhancements/upgrades within business processes
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration in international, multivendor environments
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Finnish is a plus
