.Net Software Engineer

Daily Rate: Up to €500 per day

Contract Duration: 12 months (Day Contract)

Location: Dublin

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic team on a 12-month day contract basis. You will work closely with business domain leads, designers, and engineers to develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance client applications integrated with backend services. Technology Stack:

• .NET, .NET Core, C#
• WinForms, Entity Framework, SQL Server
• MVC, REST APIs
• JavaScript, JSON, AG-Grid
• AWS (S3, Lambda, Pub/Sub Messaging services)
• Git, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leads, users, designers, and engineers to integrate client applications with backend systems.
• Optimize applications for performance, observability, and reliability using coding best practices.
• Continuously enhance application performance to improve the end-user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs efficiently and effectively.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and reliability.
• Embrace and promote company culture in day-to-day activities.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-stack .NET application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to quickly identify and fix issues.
• Proven experience with core web development skills including MVC, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JS libraries.
• Extensive experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies such as S3 and Lambda serverless.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms like GitHub Actions.

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sector.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
