Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Barden are delighted to be partnering with a multinational based in Cork who are looking to hire an experienced AI Engineer. This role will be remote and ideally you will be based in Ireland.

We are looking for people with at least 3-5 years’ experience working as an AI Engineer. This experience would include proficiency in Python and a solid background working with Agentic AI frameworks.

You will also need to have experience building, fine-tuning, and optimizing Large Language Models.

This role will suit people who are passionate about technology, about building AI systems and who enjoy working in a tight knit team. Someone who considers themselves to be hands on with expertise in designing, developing, and managing batch and real-time ML pipelines and workflows.

You will be tasked with designing and developing production-grade AI solutions that automate complex tasks as well as building and optimizing advanced NLP models.
