We are currently seeking a Commercial Director - Aggregation for our commercial team whose main responsibility will be the successful leadership and commercial performance of the product as dictated by the overall Bragg Regional & Business Strategy. The focus in this role is on maximising product value (revenue & margin) by formulating and executing a comprehensive short and long-term product vision & strategy in line with the overall Regional Strategy. We are looking for someone with a strong commercial and financial understanding combined with a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal qualities.

Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for developing & implementing the commercial & product marketing strategy including full oversight of daily operations regarding the commercial product with live and existing customers;
- In combination with the Regional teams maintain an excellent understanding of your key customers making sure that their needs are being met and that the right product features, requirements and opportunities are being maximised and pushed and their business is growing and being retained;
- Using the Regional teams ensure that your product is always being represented and positioned in the right way that allows all sales and growth opportunities to be aggressively chased. Be involved in the Sales strategy for your product;
- For all new sales or opportunities, be responsible for ensuring that all product commercials are agreed with the regional teams;
- Have responsibility for all financial aspects of the product, including current and following years' revenue and financial targets, goals and deliverables incl. Product P&L;
- Responsible for ensuring that the customer requirements are prioritised and communicated clearly to the product development teams;
- Own the product customer roadmaps and using the Regional teams ensure that all roadmap items are communicated, delivered and taken live as soon as possible;
- Set performance and financial goals for the product channel and attain them through effective team creation, leadership and management whilst assessing and evaluating overall team and individual performance;
- Responsible for the promotion, price, placement and product marketing functions of the product channel to maximise the Regional and Commercial goals and targets;
- Source, develop and maintain an excellent relationship and understanding of key suppliers and their commercial and strategic requirements to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained within the product offering.
- High commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset;
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Deep understanding of business operations, finances, sales and marketing tactics as well as market conditions;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to enable them to work collaboratively with key shareholders, both within the business and externally;
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies that align with the corporate goals of the business;
- Strong attention to detail and time management;
- Motivation and growth mindset, proactive in approaching tasks, projects, and in building relationships;
- Organisational and leadership ability to guide the business to achieve business go;
- A business qualification – BSc/BA/MSc/MA in business administration, finance or a relevant field.
- Experience in iGaming or a similar fast paced commercial environment;
- Team leadership experience.
