We are looking for a Promotions Manager to take ownership of our campaigns and marketing activities and play a vital part in the execution of the company-wide marketing strategy where there is a chance to make a real impact. By working with the Regional commercial teams and understanding our games, our customers and the market you will be responsible for driving the growth of Bragg games through effective and viable promotion strategies.

Bragg is a content-driven iGaming technology provider, serving online and land-based gaming operators with casino content, cutting-edge technology, and expert-managed services to deliver a full turnkey solution. We create high-performing, data-driven, and passionately crafted casino gaming titles, built on Bragg remote games server technology. Our modern omnichannel Player Account Management platform powers multiple leading iCasino and sportsbook brands and is supported by powerful data analytics tools, as well as Fuze™ – an innovative player engagement toolset.

What You Will Do
- Overall responsibility for developing & implementing the promotion strategies for Bragg games with live and existing customers;
- Sell and communicate the games’ value to the market in a professional, creative and unique way;
- Collaboration with several areas of the business including Marketing, Sales, AMs, Operators, and Support teams;
- Understanding the Regional & Product Commercial strategy and vision;
- Working with the Regional teams ensure we are maximising game revenues by devising and executing on a regular plan for the effective upsell of content from a promotional marketing perspective through various initiatives, including promotions and campaigns in order to maximise the launch and retention of each game;
- Carrying out market intelligence – reporting on customer and competitor marketing activity, understanding the market’s needs and drawing conclusions from market research and social media metrics;
- Create and maintain strong ties with Bragg’s FUZE department and feature the player engagement platform in the majority of the created promotions;
- Providing creative ideas for promotional activities and communication channels to increase the adoption rates among the customers, along with customer feedback and wishes for campaigns and the FUZE platform;
- Tracking and reporting on ROI for the promotional activities;
- Managing launches of new games and promotions;
- Managing/coordinating creation of marketing materials like game notifications, newsletters, roadmaps, intro mailers – gathering requirements, deciding on content, visuals and structure of the templates and marketing messages;
- Implementing and analysing customer surveys to improve product offering and promotional strategies;
- Build successful relationships throughout the company across all functions and jurisdictions;
- Weekly: Promotional strategy and progress updates;
- Monthly: Monthly promotional plans review including ROI reports;
- Quarterly: Executive presentations, Strategic Plan for promotional activities including budget planning and review;
- Annual: Annual Reconciliation and Strategy Plan.
- Excellent communication, organizational, cross-team leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to think outside of the box, come up with new and original ideas;
- Ability to present business cases and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats;
- Ability to offer outstanding writing and editing skills in order to be able to send a powerful and attractive, intriguing content – tell an amazing story;
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or strong passion for graphics, design and art;
- Overall knowledge of the gaming industry including casino game content, operators and suppliers.
