The Role

We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to take the lead across a portfolio of high-profile MEP construction projects within the mission critical and life sciences sectors. This role offers the scope to oversee multiple projects and project teams simultaneously, driving delivery excellence from planning to completion.

You will operate at both a strategic and operational level; balancing on-site leadership with regional oversight, ensuring projects meet client expectations for quality, safety, cost, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale MEP projects across Benelux and DACH regions.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.
• Develop and control budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Act as the senior client liaison, building strong long-term partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, fostering a culture of high performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex MEP projects in mission critical and/or life sciences environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (German and/or Dutch advantageous).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Benelux and DACH.
