Job Description:

Experience required

• A minimum of 10 years' relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Product Manager.

• Demonstrable experience in coaching and delivering across the full product development lifecycle.

• Strong expertise and practical knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities that foster effective collaboration.

• A proven track record of staying abreast of industry trends, emerging practices, and innovative ways of working.

• Evidenced ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with a flexible and adaptive approach.

• Expertise in lean methodologies and design thinking would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with the banking sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Product Coach, your responsibilities will include:

• Empowering product professionals and teams to avoid the “build trap” by identifying and prioritizing business problems that truly matter.

• Guiding teams in the effective discovery of solutions that are feasible, viable, usable, and, above all, valuable; ensuring customers and users are delighted while delivering tangible business value.

• Supporting and mentoring Product Leaders in the development of Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps.

• Enabling product teams to embrace dual-track agility through continuous discovery and delivery practices.

• Assisting organizations, teams, and individuals in adopting agile methodologies and practices, whilst fostering agile mindsets and values.

• Collaborating with leadership to design, lead, and implement organizational change initiatives.

• Introducing diverse perspectives to internal transformation efforts, including the latest trends and innovative ideas, to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
