As Human Resources Generalist for Bucharest operations you'll be responsible for providing exceptional HR Services in the following areas:


Talent Aquisition

• Manages talent acquisition, internal and external recruiting, identifies the best recruitment channels and candidates sourcing, designs recruitments ads, organizes the recruitment and selections process.

• Supports university / vocational schools recruiting initiatives and efforts


Onboarding/Offboarding & Employment documentation

• Manages Onboarding and Offboarding of employees, ensure accurate completion of all steps including offer letter, Employment contract and job description, collection of documents required for employee file, registration and data maintenance in Success Factors, archiving of documents as per labor legislation requirements


Performance management administration & support

• Responsible for administration and support for Schindler employee performance management process, including performance objectives setting, employee development plans, and the execution of Performance Reviews, and that Manager-Employee Coaching sessions are taking place for each of the employees.


Learning System Administration

• Responsible for administration and support of the Schindler employee learning curricula by using SuccessFactors LMS module for allocating mandatory learning modules, runs campaigns to engage employees and follows-up status completion.


HR operations & compliance

• Responsible for administration and support for Time & Attendance process

• Rus various HR reports on it’s own area of responsibilities.

• Provides employee relations support, guidance on HR policies and procedures, conflict resolution, terminations, exit interviewing.

  • • Accountable for data accuracy and integrity, HR compliance.


Qualifications

What you bring is:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related curriculum is required; Master’s Degree in Human Resources, would be a plus.

• “Curs Inspector resurse umane”, good knowledge of labor legislation

• Successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience, with emphasis on recruitment for blue collars roles.

• Must possess advanced computer software proficiency with MS Office, (Excel PowerPoint and Outlook), and have ability to use HRIS tools efficiently – SuccessFactors would be a plus.

• Romanian language native, English advanced

• Ful-time, on-site role
