Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with good business acumen to join our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team. This role will work in close collaboration with our CRM and Marketing teams to drive customer insights, sales prediction, and campaign performance forecasting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with large data sets, and capable of transforming complex information into strategic recommendations that directly support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CRM team to extract and analyze customer insights and behavioral data

  • Conduct data analysis across all D2C business domains to support strategic decision-making

  • Build predictive models to forecast sales performance based on CRM insights and consumer behavior

  • Develop forecasts and performance tracking models for marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations

  • Design and implement statistical models and methodologies to support segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle analysis

  • Perform data modeling, transformation, and cleansing to ensure high data quality and readiness for analysis

  • Write complex queries to extract, aggregate, and manipulate data from various sources

  • Present findings in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and CRM teams

  • Support experimentation (A/B testing, lift studies) and campaign measurement with solid analytical frameworks



Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative role, preferably in a D2C or consumer-focused environment
  • Proven experience building predictive models and performing statistical analysis using tools such as Python, R, or similar
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer behavior analytics, and marketing data.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
