Software Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Software Engineer to work onsite in Gothenburg:

Duration: 15 months + extensions (Overall)

Location: Gothenburg Onsite

Pay: Negotiable

The main tasks in the assignment are as below:

• Design, implement, and maintain embedded C++ software for radio base station control and logic systems.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop improvements, prototypes, and new features across a broad product area.
• Work with additional languages such as Java, Python, and scripting tools to support integration, testing, and automation.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and best practice sharing within the development team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Embedded C++ Developer, preferably in telecom or similar high-performance embedded systems.
• Strong background in software design principles, algorithms, and real-time systems.
• Proficiency in C++ (modern standards) with additional experience in Java and Python.
• Solid understanding of embedded system constraints, hardware-software integration, and low-level programming.
