What You’ll Be Doing as a Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Your day-to-day will revolve around developing and implementing AI solutions across various areas, including but not limited to:

• AI Agents – You’ll help design and train autonomous systems capable of performing tasks, adapting to environments, and making decisions.
• AI Models – Expect to build, customize, and optimize machine learning models tailored to specific use cases.
• Generative AI Solutions – Work with advanced generative AI technologies to produce applications that help create content, solve problems, or automate processes.
• Data Analytics – Dive into big data, extracting insights, refining algorithms, and ensuring systems are learning and improving from the data they're fed.

It’s worth emphasizing that this isn’t a management role. You won’t spend your time in meetings or delegating tasks—that’s not what we’re looking for right now. This position is for someone who thrives on creating, testing, and iterating.

What We’d Like to See from a Artificial Intelligence Engineer

To break this down into the must-haves and nice-to-haves:

Must-Haves:

• Solid experience in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or other core AI domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI development (think Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• A strong understanding of algorithms, neural networks, and model optimization.
• Hands-on experience in data handling—whether it’s cleaning, preprocessing, or working with large datasets.

Nice-to-Haves (but not dealbreakers):
