Human Resources Specialist

Requirements:-

1. Support the company’s New warehouse project outsourced manpower operations.
2. Lead the attendance team to handle attendance exception management for a workforce of up to 2,500 outsourced employees.
3. Responsible for daily attendance reconciliation, overtime checking, and cost accrual calculation.

Skills:

• Proven experience in large-scale manpower attendance management, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.
• Strong data handling and Excel skills; experience with attendance systems and payroll interfaces is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to lead a team and work under pressure.

Work Location :- The selected Candidate need to work in Warehouse.
