We are currently hiring for Network Engineer Routing, Switching and Wireless - Level 2 Support to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.

Job Details:

Role: Network Engineer Routing, Switching and Wireless - Level 2 Support

Employment Type: Contract- 12 months & extendable

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Notice Period: 30 days or less

Job description:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for network-related issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Analyze and resolve complex network problems using various troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Perform network capacity planning and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability of networks.
• Conduct network audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Install, configure, and maintain wireless network equipment, including access points, routers and Wireless controllers.
