Responsibilities :

Key Skills for BSA :

1. Experienced BSA in Data science , AI / Machine learning projects

2. Core Business Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

a) Requirements Elicitation and Management

Work comfortably with JIRA

Strong documentation and presentation skills

Able to draw and conceptualize wireframes

b) Stakeholder Management

Engaging both business and technical stakeholders

Conduct meetings effectively with clear outcomes

Manage deliverable expectations

c) Data analysis and visualization

Interpreting data with tools like Excel and Power BI

Prepare clear and precise data mapping documents

• Strong SQL knowledge
• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• Problem solving and critical thinking

Preferred Qualification:

Good to have

• Regulatory knowledge (banking)
• Certifications : CBAP , PMP

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is CAD$90,000. to CAD $100,000.. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
