Give Me The Vin is a fast-growing company revolutionizing auto wholesaling. We purchase vehicles directly from individuals, refurbish them, and sell them at major auto auctions. Our process makes selling a car fast, easy, and hassle-free—eliminating the need to haggle with dealers, accept low offers, or deal with strangers. It’s so simple, you can do it in your underwear!

We are seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Level PHP Developer to join our development team at GivemetheVin.com. You will play a key role in building and maintaining robust web applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, with a focus on customizing and optimizing our SuiteCRM platform. This position requires adaptability, a passion for learning SuiteCRM, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
  • Build, customize, and optimize SuiteCRM applications to support business needs.
  • Maintain and support existing PHP-based applications and websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and secure code adhering to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to improve our systems.


Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years (or 4+ years for Mid-Level) of professional experience in PHP development.
  • Proficiency in the Laravel framework and MySQL database management.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript are a plus).
  • Ability to write secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn SuiteCRM and other proprietary tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SuiteCRM development or customization.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, AngularJS).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Reporting experience or experience with data analytics is a huge plus.
