Role Overview

The Coordinator – Personnel Administration is responsible for delivering efficient HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This role ensures accurate HR recordkeeping, compliance with policies, smooth HR system operations, and effective employee relations, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Personnel Administration

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records for easy retrieval and reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in line with policies and procedures.
  • Handle exit clearance, ensuring secure delivery of confidential and payment-related documents.
  • Manage retirement processes, issuing notifications within required timeframes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Office Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Employee Relations or HR Personnel administration.
  • Knowledge and experience in Oracle systems and HRDMS.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
