We are seeking to onboard a Technical Lead with advanced English proficiency to oversee the development of the project. This professional will be responsible for leading the technical execution, coordinating the development team, and ensuring that both technical and functional objectives are successfully met.

What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)
Lead the design and development of a secure, scalable web platform hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Oversee the implementation of features such as email-based questionnaire distribution, customizable forms, and client data configuration.

Ensure that the platform meets performance, security, and availability standards.

Manage timelines, delegate tasks, and guide the team

Requirements
+6 years in experience in .NET development

+5 years in experience Blazor for building web UIs

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

Solid knowledge of ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework)

Experience designing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure

Familiarity with secure, scalable cloud architectures

+2 years in experience leading technical teams or projects

Ability to work part-time for the duration of a 3-month project

Nice to Have

Experience working with international clients and distributed teams

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools

Knowledge of questionnaire or form builder platforms

Experience in projects related to insurance or data collection systems

Background in startup or fast-paced environments
