Junior HR Specialist

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to support our HR operations in Sweden.

This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave replacement, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the employee life cycle.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Ensure execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
• Assist with HR-related documentation and data entry.
• Help answer employee and manager questions about HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Our key priority is accurate and timely registration of the hire process in our HR system.
• Help prepare reports and documents for internal use or external authorities.
  
  

Your Background

• Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel.
• A proactive and service-minded attitude.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
