We’re QOCO Systems, a fast-growing company building next-gen software solutions for global aviation players. From reducing aircraft downtime to unlocking the full value of operational data, we’re on a mission to make aviation smarter and more efficient.

Now we’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our crew full-time.

In this role, you’ll guide the technical direction of our product development while mentoring a talented team of developers. We’re not just looking for a coding wizard but we want someone who enjoys coaching others, collaborating across teams and borders, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What you'll do:

• Lead the architecture and tech direction of key projects
• Mentor and support your teammates
• Contribute to both frontend and backend work
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and time zones
• Champion best practices and modern development workflows

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong backend experience with Node.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Experience with Azure and Docker
• Solid grasp of event-driven architecture
• A natural mentor and communicator
• Fluent in English
• Based in Finland
