Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced backend developer to join a dynamic team focused on transforming data-driven processes through automation and advanced technology. This project involves creating innovative solutions that streamline workflows, enhance quality, and improve efficiency by integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend components to support automation and data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and deploy new features.
• Optimize and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and high performance.
• Use DevOps tools to streamline deployments and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) methodologies to manage tasks and support team goals.
  
  

Experience

Profile / Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years as a Backend Developer.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Programming: Proficiency in Python, Flask, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and PySpark.
• Software Architecture: Familiarity with Docker, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
  
  

Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum teams.

Language: Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with automation and AI technologies is a plus.
