A well-established, results-driven consultancy firm is actively looking for an experienced DevOps Support Engineer to join their team in Milan. You'll be a key part of a dedicated team, sharing a passion for bridging the gap between software development and IT operations.

This role focuses on providing support for DevOps platforms like Bitbucket, Jira, and Rational Doors, where you will be responsible for resolving access and configuration issues by working through support tickets. This is a great opportunity to use your technical skills to directly support multiple Agile, Scrum, and Kanban teams.

The successful candidate should have the following core skills

• Hands-on experience with Bash or Python scripting.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline creation using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with managing Bitbucket repositories and Jira projects.
• Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
