Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktop/laptop, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office, VPN, printers, and other end-user tools.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Set up, configure, and deploy end-user devices (laptops, desktops, phones).
- Support remote users via remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, SCCM, Intune, etc.).
- Document support activities, solutions, and known issues in the IT ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for warranty and hardware support.
- Participate in device lifecycle management, including imaging, patching, upgrades, and disposals.
- Provide IT onboarding/offboarding support for new hires and leavers.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, including security and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an EUC environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA).
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, ITIL) are a plus.
